Rapid onset of action in 30 to 60 min. 24 hrs prolonged duration of action & no sedative effect than cetirizine. early improvement in tnss compare to fexofenadine and levocetirizine.
Dosage
Once a day for the tablet should E taken one hour before or two hours after intake of food or fruit juice.
